My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.

Sonoma Valley is always a beautiful place to take a drive to no matter what time of year you decide to do it. My favorite time of the year though is at the peak of the fall color season. This can be easier said then done though as t is very difficult to judge when the peak season will be.
Part of the issue is that the different varietals change colors at different times. If you go too early you will see some color but many vines will be as green as they are during mid summer. If you go too late many of the vines will be bare.
In this case I'm not sure I really caught the peak of the season as the fires that ravaged the area kept me out of the valley for a couple of weeks during what may have been the peak season.
Either way, I captured this image off of highway 12 in between the city of Sonoma and Santa Rosa. This is the Kunde Family Vineyard as best as I could tell. The fires spared most of the vineyards but many homes along the highway had bee...
