Description
"Les Calanques" are white chalk cliffs that have many inlets and hidden beaches, located just west of Cassis France on the Mediterranean Sea. When the weather is calm, one can take a boat through this area and see some phenomenal scenes. There are trails that run through the hills that allow access to the beaches as well. I visited this area some time ago, but it has left quite an impression. Les Calanques means "the creeks" in French.

Had to stop by and revisit this amazing painting Bob that is so magical. It makes me feel as though I'm being given a little peak into something so beautiful, that only a glimmer or it is revealed as of yet because it is far beyond what one could contain all at once.
