The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.

Inspiration for this piece is from the countless hours chasing walleye with my father. We had many epic days and many quiet days, but every day we got to spend together in the boat, was a good day.
About Nick Laferriere
Hailing from the prairie region of central Canada, Nick Laferriere was raised in the country surrounded by nature. His passion for art started at a very young age with countless hours spent scribbling pictures and getting lost in his works. Nick has always been passionate about fishing but it wasn't until he took up fly fishing that he discovered his niche in drawing and painting fish. He started out by drawing fish in scientific illustrative form. Later, his artwork evolved into dynamic, swimming and action poses with great attention to detail.
