My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.
Ditches are filled with wonders and milkweed is a favorite of mine. The long, white, flossy hairs of the seeds are lovely when lit by back light. The larva of the Monarch butterfly specializes on milkweeds, and its populations are affected when milkweeds are eliminated from cropland with pesticides. Oil paint filter version.
I am a retired professor at a college in Toronto and taught critical thinking and communications. In the past I also taught literature, creative thinking and problem solving. Thank you, Betsy! I too am on a Mac. I do basic processing in Lightroom, often refine my vision for the image in Nik software, and then use Topaz Impression for painted versions. Compared to other paint software, I find it easier and more intuitive. I particularly like the Swirly presets as a starting point. Let me know if you need more details. :)
