Mt Shames is found between Rupert and Terrace in British Columbia. It is VERY beautiful with switch back roads to the top of Mt Shames where you will find a ski resort! The ski resort has many runs and averages 40 feet of snowfall a year. This view from Mt Shames is looking in the Valley of Certain Doom surrounded by the bowl Mountains, which provides a full day adventure in the winter!

Louise is a published photographer with her primary focus on all things nature.
