After a long week of hard work and travel all over the place, this is how I choose to spend my evenings. Me and my baby grand in my studio, and sometimes with a glass of wine and a song.
All images are taken with a Canon 5D III (full frame) and a Canon 7D II (crop frame) using a variety of Canon L-Series lenses, and Tamron and Sigma pro-line lenses; processed in RAW with ACR, PSC, Photomatix, and a variety of other imaging software.

So happy for you,to have this beautiful , expressive instrument to enhance your life, your solitude....and it's a gorgeous piano, to be sure. Thanks for sharing the moments.......fv..........VIVA...........(my Bluthner baby/grande, age same as me,sits at daughter's house,in grandeur...and I miss it so much...not permitted here/apartment.)

Hi Viva; thank you so much for your wonderful message above. So sorry to hear about your Bluthner and the fact that you are not permitted to have it in your apartment; you must REALLY miss it. They are such wonderful and beautifully crafted pianos; and have been around for a long, long time; one of the largest piano makers in Germany if I am not mistaken; and hand-crafted too.
