My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.
I made a small poster years ago by placing part of Monet's quote "I would like to paint the way a bird sings" over one of my mixed media backgrounds and often hang it up at the beginning of class (I already have one hanging at the top of my easel at home) A reminder to us all that painting unabashedly and with full spirit will produce a beautiful piece of art from the heart!
