A pastel painting original on Wallis paper by Marcia Baldwin. The focus of this painting was color theory. I created an underpainting in oils on the paper in the complimentary color hues of the pastels I had planned to use to create this painting. I love to experiment and this was a fresh start to the New Year 2011. The original is available direst from my studio. Please contact me for purchase information.
