The print is much darker in person. It looks like an underexposed photo and hard to make out any detail on the bottom half of the print. Paper quality is good. Fast shipping.
Artist's Description
I set up this antique still life with some old toys from my childhood. I was teaching my oil painting class how to paint what you see and chose this for my subject matter as I love the memories that flowed from it.
About Mary Giacomini
I love the outdoors, hiking and finding peaceful places. My artwork is inspired by places I've been to and would like to return. I enjoy getting "lost" when creating my art and recreating a scene I'd rather be in. I've been a professional artist for over 25 years but have been an artist my entire life. I've always loved to create. I earned a BFA in studio arts, have taken numerous classes & workshops over the years and have a wonderful support system of artist friends. Since I live in Colorado, many of my paintings reflect this area. I enjoy working in oil, pastel and watercolor.
