This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

Displayed is a technical patent illustration for brewing beer, catalogued as No. 503,168 and credited to G. H. Schneider with a patent date of August 16, 1893. Various components of the apparatus are meticulously detailed in two figures: an elaborate side view of the entire machinery in Fig. 1, and a close-up of a section of the equipment in Fig. 2. Names of witnesses and the inventor are listed below the drawings, highlighting the formal process of patent documentation during the late 19th century.
