My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.

This is a red day-lily that I had in my gardens at my home. I have always been attracted to day-lilies. The variety of colors and ranges of hues are so amazing to me. Such a short lived beauty.
I prefer to shoot my flower photography in natural morning light. Often I back light the flower if it is possible to show the translucency of the petals which brings a broader range of tones in the color.
