I absolutely love this photo of Hazel. My first visit to the Smoky Mountains was in April 2017. I have been searching for a black bear photo for years and this one stole my heart. This beautiful girl was photographed the same year. I am very pleased with the canvas print!!

Artist's Description
The Lion guards the The Bridge of Lions, entrance to the United States, the oldest continuously occupied city in the United States. The Lion represents Ponce de Leon who legend says discovered Florida and was the first European of record to set foot on United State soil April 3, 1513, 500 years ago, this year.
The ship next to the Lion is The HMS Bounty, built for the 1962 movie, "Mutiny on the Bounty", starring Marlon Brando as Christian Fletcher, and Trevor Howard as Captain Bligh. The movie depicted 1st Lt. Fletcher Christian leading a mutiny against Captain Bligh.
The ship was tied up for tours in April of 2012 at the St. Augustine Marina.
HMS Bounty sank trying to outrun Hurricane Sandy, off the coast of Cape Hatteras, NC. 14 out of 16 crew members were rescued. The Captains body was never found. The body of Claudene Christian, a descendant of the mutineer, was recovered. A crew member from St. Augustine was rescued.
