This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
Rhinoceros rubbing post. This wood stump has been worn smooth from years of use by white rhinoceroses (Ceratotherium simum). Also known as the square-lipped rhino, this large herbivore lives on the grasslands of southern Sudan and South Africa. The adults feed on grass, using their broad lips to graze. Stumps and posts such as this are used to scratch themselves to rid their skin of ticks and other parasites. Due to extensive hunting for their horns, white rhinoceroses are now highly endangered. Photographed in Mkhaya Game Reserve, part of the Big Game Parks network in Swaziland.
