This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.

Recently I posted some art that I’ve done around sailing on Deep Creek Lake. You can’t talk about this subject without discussing Gordon K. “Sandy” Douglass, who created the Flying Scot – the predominant sailboat on the lake.
I did this piece a while back. This weekend is the annual Sandy Douglass Regatta on the lake. Also, he was recently inducted into the National Sailing Hall of Fame. I thought it was a good time to post it.
About Robert Yonke
Robert Yonke works out of his two home studios, one in Garrett County, Maryland, and the other in Lady Lake, Florida. His watercolors reflect his love of music, the mountains, rivers, and the outdoors. Bobs award-winning paintings have been shown in many galleries throughout the region. He is a member of the Garrett County Arts Council. As the artist puts it, My work reflects personal interests.
