FERAL PLASTIC is a sculpture project designed to educated people about the dangers created by plastic in our environment and also to raise money to support organizations helping wildlife and cleaning up plastic in our oceans. 50% of net funds raised will be donated to several organizations working with the wildlife harmed by ocean plastic and organizations that are cleaning up the plastic.

to find out more about it. A kickstarter is coming soon. Prints purchased on this website help support the project and you can also purchase an original sculpture for $50 (color and pose are subject to availability as the sculptures are made from found plastic litter. Requests will be honored where possible).
This is a photograph of newly hatched Baby Sea Turtles on the beach heads for the water. From the Feral Plastic series by Adam Long Sculpture they are created from resin embedded with found plastic collected by the artist that would have otherwise gotten washed into the river and ocean ecosystem. Supporting this project helps Adam Long Sculpture create adult sized sea turtles, promote the work, ship sculptures to exhibit locations, and monetarily support organizations doing good work for wildlife and our eco systems. Please be responsible with your plastic.
