Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

I realized some years ago that, particularly with sculpture, most of the work is highly self-portrait like, not just my own, but my fellow students and other artists. To me it is uncanny and so when I realized that my 'nude' had some strong elements of self-portraiture, even though I am neither gay, bi or female......but have a strong female part of myself (being raised pretty much exclusively by women, and strong ones at that) and this piece shows it. I was ready to put it into a show a while back and discovered that the glass "log" fit perfectly as a crown....and that did it for me. The stone she kneels on is part of the sculpture and so the three together make a really good self portrait. Ha ha......but, seriously.......
Thor Sigstedt was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1952 and was soon to realize that his family was slightly nomadic, unique and loaded down with artists and musicians. His family moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico first around 1950 and then his mother, Mansi Kern, divorced his father, Val Sigstedt (Sigstedt Studios, Artlight) and remarried to Ken Kern (author Owner-Built Home, etc) moving to California near Oakhurst, where they experimented living in intentional poverty and off the grid, giving Thor his early experiences with cave for refrigerator and hauling water at night as a five year old using a one-gallon glass juice jug, composting and living on the land with an old Indian "poacher" named Tom as a babysitter. Mansi discovered...
