i wrote the following last night, Sept 21 @8pm...
Dropped off this painting today for the Artworks members exhibition at Ellis Walker Gallery. i finished this watercolor at 12:30am this morning (my artist motto: nothing makes me more productive than the last minute!)
I have been itching to do a detailed watercolor painting for a time now. Mostly all my commissions are acrylics b/c of the expense to frame a piece.
The picture i used was taken by my good friend Debbie Slone Salyer last new years in NYC.
