I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.
The overland trail used by immigrants to California in the mid-19th century cuts through a rocky pass in the Anza-Borrego desert near San Diego. Ocotillo plants are visible on the tops of the bluff. The pass was cut out of solid rock by early settlers, and was part of the overland stage coach route.
Robert will be displaying his original paintings, prints, and note cards on on the first and third Sunday of each month in Spreckels Park, Coronado from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. On the second and fourth Saturday and Sunday of each month Robert will be exhibiting his work in Balboa Park. You can stop by and meet the artist and view his work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (closes at 4:00 pm in winter). The exhibit is located on the international lawn in front of the international cottages across from the Organ Pavilion parking lot. His work can be bought on-line at Fine Art America (fineartamerica.com).
