The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

I was artistic at an early age and began drawing as a child. I grew up on a Christmas tree farm in northern California and developed a love and appreciation for nature. I recall being so excited with the purchase of my first camera so I could take pictures of local wildlife including colorful wood ducks in the local creek. I took art classes in high school and college which helped develop my creative ability and unique artistic style. My love for nature, wildlife and the great outdoors has taken me many interesting places throughout my life. These travels include high mountain slopes in the Northern Rockies, rugged coastlines in the Northwest, desserts and beaches of the Southwest, and the jungles of Guam. I have made hiking trips...
