This homeless man is begging on the streets for the coin of the rhelm. He is an alkie, wino, dopefiend or crackhead, or all the above. He is a lifer of the streets. A prostitute in pictured in the background on the steps of a shoddy hotel. He is animated, electric, and eager to procure coins to feed his habbit. He is the spillout of a sick social structure in which Cash not People is King.
