I'm a retired communications instructor/developer, raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (USA). I have a wide range of interests which include some artistic talent. Thanks Wendy. The row homes in the city don't have much space to expand so they apparently make use of the top of the building. This location is close to Baltimore's "Inner Harbor" which was renovated in the 70's to attract tourists.
