I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it. The tuxedo cat painting was beautifully done. The blue and purple background was perfect to showcase the artist rendering of the cat.

But your favorite destination is always some place that eases your mind ... soothes the soul. It's your quiet place. Your solace.
Your favorite is one almost no one else knows about. Down the path is a lopsided, ancient spring house in the hollow of a gently sloping hill. It hasn't been in use for generations. There's a hole in its cedar shake roof and the glass in its window is long gone. But someone has tried to keep up the little garden around it ... the azaleas are budding and just about to burst into bloom. The dogwood tree is a bower of white, glowing petals. The leaves of the huge old maple tree behind it are at that brief, fluffy peachy-pink, right before they fill out and shade the world with cooling green.

Welcome! I"m a photographer and digital artist living in the Mid-Atlantic area of the US. Drawing and creating my own little sketchy worlds are some of my earliest memories. Life did what it does and the art fell away, but I reconnected when digital photography was introduced. I enjoy adding to my love of photography by tinkering with computer art programs including Photoshop, Corel Painter, Rebelle and others , though I do not use Ai / Artificial Intelligence. I also love working completely freehand with no photo reference involved. All of which is allowing me to circle back to a semblance of my days of sketching and painting traditionally.
