The beach towel is really just for laying on inasmuch as it is too big and heavy to put around your body, which is just fine. The artwork in it is beautiful. I can't wait to use it.

Wow - I didn't realise it was going to be that big! It's a gift for a young member of the family - I think he'll be thrilled as he's a tractor fanatic at 6 years old. A practical gift too. The towel has a smoother upper side so it'll be more comfortable to sit on at the beach. It seems to have a thick absorbent power so no usual skinny beach towel.

I used a number of photos sent to me by my client as reference for this architectural pen and ink drawing of his home in Cambridge - a gift for his wife on their anniversary. I made some slight adjustments to the point of view of the photos in order that the landscaping, particularly the large tree in the foreground, would not hide important features of the home like the front door and windows. The children were added using separate photos as reference.
This is a small freehand pen and ink sketch. No ruler was used in this small architectural illustration so, when you enlarge the image here, it is 5 times its original size and you will see all the imperfections of my ink pen as if under a magnifying glass. Of course, the larger the drawing, the more detail I can add like window trim, etc.
