The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. About Steven Wirth
My contribution to visual art is "prism photography." By this I mean taking pictures into the direction of the brightly colored light that emanates from prisms. This technique is seen very briefly in some movies, but I have yet to see a collection of stills along this vein, so I hope people see in this something new. My first photos taken this way were at Bee Canyon Park in Southern California, using an Instamatic Camera, circa 1975. Since colored light hitting the eyepiece would usually miss the lens, it was necessary to place the camera to my side where I could see the light hit the camera at just the right place. More recent pictures have been accomplished using a Nikon SLR. Thirty years of chasing prismatic rainbows in this way...
