The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. When I was in the Navy, I saw a good many lighthouses. To see them from a vantage point such as this, you might say to yourself that's a beautiful lighthouse. But only when you see them from a sailor's vantage point can you truly understand just how awesome they are. They are that beacon in the night that guides ship and crew safely through trouble waters. And for the weary sailor, they're the hope that the cry, " Land Ho", is near.

Hi, My name is Dan Theisen. I've been drawing for close to fifty years now. I'm a self taught artist. I would have prefered to persue a formal education in the arts, however earning a living and raising a family didn't allow for that, so through trial and error I have developed and continue to develope my art into what it is today.
