To our friends in Tornado Alley this is a pretty common sight...here, in Alberta, Canada it is a rare thing to see Tornados. I was fortunate to see this one, which never touched ground, and to have my camera ready. As it occurred near to where I am staying I didn't have to chase it, rather, it dropped in and all I had to do was walk 5 minutes to see it. With the changing weather patterns even Canada isn't immune to this type of stormy weather.
