My father owns the same truck its the same color and everything and it originally sat in grandfather's garage with a gravel driveway until we pulled it out and rescued it and this photo reminds me of that day cause the garage even looks the same too. I will eventually hang it on my wall im remodeling my living room and ima hang it on my wall when it's done to pay respect to my father who bought me my first home and someday he's leaving this truck to me to carry on its legacy.
There is never enough time to explore all that I want to explore in Yellowstone. I would love to spend two weeks of every season, or perhaps that wouldn't be enough time either! The park is so vast and diverse, so rich in beauty and life. It leaves me breathless and full to the brim, and still wanting more of it.
I went down to Slough Creek as a wolf pack had been seen there with their cubs at various times the past week. Unfortunately I couldn't wait as long as I would have liked as I was heading to Grand Tetons and wanted to get out of the park before dark (which didn't happen). I only saw one wolf this trip, running along the road near Yellowstone Lake in the opposite direction as I was going. I had barely time to register the sight before he had crossed the road and was gone.
