Love this duvet cover in the Tree Fort Suite of the Elk View Lodge, Fernie, BC, Canada.
The Durbin Rocket is one of the rarest steam locomotives in existence. Old #3 is one of only three operating Climax geared logging Climaxs on earth. This 55-ton antique was built in 1910 for the Moore-Keppel Lumber Co. in Randolph County, West Virginia. Today she takes tourists along the Greenbrier River in Northern Pocahontas County.
I am a retired professor at a college in Toronto and taught critical thinking and communications. In the past I also taught literature, creative thinking and problem solving. I've also had the opportunity to teach about and lead tours to a variety of world destinations including backpacking through the Canadian Rockies, traveling above the Arctic Circle in Norway, into the Sahara in Morocco, and throughout Southeast Asia with a special focus on Thailand. Steve, Excellent capture here. I have loved trains since I was 5 years old. My Grandfather Bokowski took me for a ride on a locomotive at a Union Pacific switching station in Omaha, Nebraska!
