This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I am a native of Louisville, Kentucky, who has lived in Fairfax County, Virginia since 1968, and has had an interest in photography since childhood. After raising three sons and retiring from the work force, I decided to "get serious" about my photography. In pursuing my photography, I have taken a number of photographic related courses, and have participated in various seminars and workshops, focusing on such things as techniques, composition, lighting, and design. I primarily "focus" on photographing nature, while still enjoying many other subject matters.
