I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

Quite beautiful!
In the Pacific Northwest, we are blessed with a variety of landscapes. One can be on the coast and in a few hours in the mountains. This painting was inspired by a trip through the mountains in early spring. The road was still icy, but the sun was melting the snow, creating little puddles of slush. The shadows on the snow created a deep blue that contrasted with the white of the snow.
The original painting was created on an 11x14 stretched canvas and now makes its hope with a buyer from Salem, Massachusetts.
I've been selling originals and reproductions of my work online since 2007. People all over the world have purchased my art and it is wonderful to connect with so many.
