We deserve so much more than that!
In March, the struggle of women is commemorated throughout history, to seek a society on an equal basis.

- On March 8, says UN Women, "women from all continents, with their ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic and political differences, come together to celebrate and reclaim their day, to look with perspective at a long history of struggles in Equality, justice, peace and development ", and put the outstanding rights on the table.

- We are more than half of humanity and we still suffer a clear disadvantage. We must recognize progress, which there are, the fruit of effort and struggle. But we also have to denounce the setbacks, which are many.

- Even today, there are countries where women are denied the right to vote. We do not have equality in political participation, nor in the labor, social, economic, cultural, sanitary, educational, ...

I am a Portuguese visual artist, painter and ceramist, living in Chile. I have 3 children. I have had several individual and group exhibitions throughout my life. I participated in the 1st Andiamerican Art Triennial representing Portugal (1993) and I have exhibited twice at the Ralli Museum. I am a painting teacher at the Talagante Cultural Corporation and at the Penaflor Space. I work in a wide range of media, including oil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, pencil, photography, and mixed media.
