Dawn Hough Sebaugh was born in Mooresville, North Carolina and
currently lives in the San Diego California area. She received a BA in Marketing from Pfeiffer College in North Carolina and a Degree in Color and Design from Parson’s School of Design in New York. She also attended fine arts programs at Denver University in Colorado. Dawn began her career two decades ago as an abstract painter in conjunction with her interior design clientele.
