Day Long "busy" Signal--can't Respond To Postings

What is going on with this site? Time and again I try to post a response to a notice that one of my paintings has been featured here or there...and I consistently get the "busy" signal...the little bar graph which just expands and contracts...today I've tried from early this morning to late this evening! Does this site have any experienced IT techs monitoring the system and working here? This happens repeatedly...weekly...week after week! Why would anyone want to post here? Why would anyone want to shop here? Is there anyone in management who monitors this sort of activity? Help!
