Premium Service - Where Is My Email List?

I have just signed up for the Premium Service website service.

On the Home Page of my new website (https://alexandra-bilbija.pixels.com/) on the left-hand side, it has a link "Join E-Mail List".

I have tried to test this out by signing up with two different email addresses but I can't find where these have been directed to.

Does anyone know how I can find this email list?

If it doesn't "exist" - what is the point?

behind the scenes - marketing - email campaigns.

but i don't think you can send anything, unless they enabled it again (spammers took advantage). you can still collect addresses though.
