Image Upload

Hi Guys, I am trying to upload an image to have printed on a Duvet cover, however everytime I upload it, it comes out upside down. I have also tried turning the image upside down before uploading but I get the same result. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

Any assistance is appreciated.

Our system uploads the image in the same rotation it was taken by the camera. Best thing to do is to make a copy, rotate your copy and then do a 'Save as' from the editor.

Hi Abbie, I tried this also and the image still came out upside down. I will try again though. Thanks :)

Edit: Just tried again after rotating the image and saving it as a new file and it is still upside down on the duvet cover after uploading...

Any other ideas?

no, that is how to do it. Did you save the copy upside down? Obviously do not do that

You may need to clear your cache. Log off and then clear your browser history. If you add "?nocache=true" to the end of any URL, (without the "'s)it should kill the cache and force the page to update with the latest information from our database.
