Mugs Show On The Pixels Website But Not On Fine Art America

I am still unsure if I need to send customers to the pixels url or why they can't just buy from the main Fine Art America page? Anyway, mugs for my images show on the pixels site but not on the main site. What am I not understanding?

FAA is mainly for home decor, although it also sells other products. The Pixels site shows ALL the products.

This is your premium site with all your products and where you want to send people.

Artists did not want products on a fine art site

We sell products

So they are on the more internationally pleasing domain pixels

Simple

Choose which you want to send people to

This sort of brings me to another question. Do any of you have your own domain name that just points to your FAA or pixels page and you don't have anything else on your website? In other words, I am building a new website in wordpress. On my menu, I have a link to my FAA page for prints. I was planning to add my original art to product pages on my website, and not put the originals on FAA. However, I am starting to realize that once they click to FAA and look around, they don't have access to a menu to take them back to my personal website (jsellingtonart.com).

I would not be surprised if what I have written in the previous para is incomprehensible. I can try again to explain it if no one understands it.

Thanks.

I also have a website with my own domain name with a link (Shop) to my premium site. I made it so that it opens in another window.

its always been a question in my mind... but they are only on the craft section which is pixels or your AW. where as the fine art half is for the art gallery lovers that decorate with pillows. or something like that.

ideally you should get a custom name and send them to the AW, keeps them from straying to other stores.

Thanks, everyone! I have been so bogged down trying to learn how to put my original art on my own site (and not on FAA) and install a shopping cart that I totally overlooked this option. I will just add it to FAA. Right now, I only have my prints on here.

One reason I originally shyed away from putting my original art here is that my style has changed quite a bit so my work is not very consistent across the board. I have some photorealism that I need a place to sell, but my recent work is more in the colorist style.

Thanks for the help.

I am embarrassed to ask, but what does AW stand for?

The premium sites used to be on 'Artist Websites'

Artistwebsites.com

So people still call premium sites, AW sites

Differentiates it from the free pixels side of things
