Hi Paul On your front page, this was the one that really stood out for me. It looked historic, it was dramatic,It only got better when you took a closer look, the composition really drew me in. The detail in the bark was synomonous with the feeling of the whole. How it seemed to touch with the clouds gave it the feel of a natural gothic spire. Also its shape took on the form of a bird making it appear to almost take flight from where it was rooted, adding spirit and kind of anguish, even that human touch, at not being able to fly. The fact that it was black and white added to the dynamism. As you can gather, I loved it. Maybe as viewers we should be commenting more on what we think is the strongest on a page for us, then, if the artist is concerned about selling they could hone into to creating more of their strongest appeal to viewers. I know ppl usually comment on the ones that they like, obviously, but do they always comment on the strongest? I don't know. Thanks for sharing anyway. :)
