About Lynn Quinn
I have enjoyed drawing since childhood, and have been painting in watercolour since 2002. I really enjoy the transparency of watercolour, and like to experiment with combining watercolour with other media. In the past few years, I have also been working in pastel, and mixed media. Thanks, Patrica! The message really is new life after death. I love Celtic knotwork, so had fun coming up with the knots to fit the different cross segments. The other thing I had fun with is using only a primary triad of colors (red, blue, yellow).

Since I went to Ireland a few months ago, this really struck me, as they were very common over there and I think they're beautiful. I really like the ivy growing on the cross because it's so realistic. It also has a very spiritual quality that I like :) Great job!
