Very cool - and I really enjoyed Ginny's comment - I think she has hit on a large part of the appeal of the image for me. I also like that the combination of elements (fish, chilis, newspaper) is both unexpected and just right. Fine shot.

instant f/v - love the angles and textures but my favorite thing is not really knowing whether it was treated for selective color or not; the fish and the newspaper could be color or b&w - hard to say - the fish's eye could be gold or it could be silver ... leaving the chile stems natural adds to the illusion. it is also quite neat that people can read the newsprint, adding authenticity to the image.
