This is my good friend Diane, we worked together in the Art Department at Channel 8 in Tulsa for over 11 years back in the 1970's-1980's. She found this hat a few years ago, the jacket, blouse and brooch completed her "costume" for a Halloween event. I love this outfit, so classy, yet so...well...weird and fitting for an upscale Halloween! She loved this painting, the first portrait anyone has ever done of her.
