This is the most beautiful painting! I feel lucky and blessed that I came across it! My husband and I honeymooned in Mo’orea and we had taken many pictures in front of this church. To find that Greg Collins painted it was such a joy! We will treasure it forever!

I was super-pleased with my photo print purchase! Like many people, I’m sure, when making online purchases there’s always just a little voice of skepticism in the back of my mind. I knew I liked the image, but had to roll the dice that it would look good in person, the frame would be adequate, etc. I must say it exceeded even my hopeful expectations! First of all, the packing was stellar. The photo print did look great in person, and the framing was WAY better than I was expecting! It was ready to go with a sturdy hanging wire already in place. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I don’t have a photo of it on my wall! I did, however, open and inspect it before wrapping it and re-shipping (in the same stellar packing!). I would easily recommend FineArtAmerica and will happily shop with them again in the future…worry free!

Kennedy signing the 1962 Drug Amendments. Portrait of US President John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) signing the 1962 Drug Amendments to the 1938 Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, following the 1961 thalidomide tragedy. Thalidomide was a drug prescribed during the late 1950s and early 1960s to pregnant women as a cure for morning sickness. It was inadequately tested and caused severe birth defects in children. The 1962 amendment required that new drugs be approved on the basis of evidence submitted to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) from pre-marketing clinical studies demonstrating not only safety, but efficacy as well. FDA's implementation of the new requirement, upheld by the Supreme Court, revolutionised the drug supply of the US.
