This painting is from a series called (Wildlife and the new Seven Wonders of the World). The Panda, a beautiful and unique animal is slowly disappearing from our environment. I painted this bear with the Great Wall of China in the background. The Wall was built by the people of the Ming Dynasty and has survived many ages. Combining a dying breed of wildlife with a monument of ancient times reminds us of the importance of preservation both antiquities and the animals of the wild for other generations to come. This artwork was not only created for decorative purposes, but it also tells a meaningful story.
