A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!
Artist's Description
Commissioned in 1927, this cutter had a long and illustrious career. She carried out numerous rescue missions, enforced fisheries and ship safety regulations, made anti-submarine warfare patrols. Fought rum runners during Prohibition, interdicted drugs and and interdicted illegal migrants. She was decommissioned and sold in 1979. Ironically, while sailing under the flag of Guatemala, she was charged by the United States Coast Guard for smuggling drugs.
